About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. This role involves managing the sales process, training the team, and implementing strategies to maximize sales and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- →Advocate and deliver the FUNDAMENTALS sales process
- →Train and coach the team to perform at their best
- →Drive new member sales while maximizing retention of existing members
- →Own the activity planner for the club
- →Implement creative lead-generation strategies
- →Monitor dashboards and KPIs, providing key insights
- →Drive all revenue lines to maximize profitability
- →Prepare and deliver monthly sales presentations
- →Build strong local business partnerships
- →Lead by example on reception and the gym floor
- →Engage in national initiatives
- →Provide constructive feedback to team members
- →Support the General Manager with operational tasks
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in sales management
