About the Role
We are looking for a Videographer to join our Learning & Development team to create high-quality, engaging content for L&D and internal communications. This role will support various departments and brand partners, playing a key role in enhancing the digital experience for our global workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- →Film and edit videos for L&D, internal communications and social media
- →Add graphics, transitions, branding and motion effects to elevate content quality
- →Produce short-form content including TikToks, reels, vlogs and promos
- →Capture and edit event footage for post-event publication
- →Create supporting digital assets such as social graphics, story content and GIFs
- →Operate a range of production equipment including cameras, lighting and audio
- →Follow briefs and brand guidelines while contributing creative ideas
- →Maintain high production standards, continually improving video style and quality
- →Manage multiple projects, deadlines and post-production schedules
- →Adapt to changing requirements and work occasionally on evenings/weekends for events
- →Travel when required
Requirements
- ✓Experience in video production and editing
