About the Role
We are looking for a Functional Support Specialist to deliver quality services during and post-implementation of our products to customers. This role provides first-line support and offers opportunities to learn new technologies and enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct level 2 support, warranty service, and maintenance of ITMIS Application
- →Evaluate incidents for work, deferral, or escalation based on severity
- →Monitor system performance and generate periodic reports
- →Create resolution reports and update documents
- →Make software change logs
- →Perform on-demand work
- →Liaise with stakeholders and counterparts
- →Provide feedback to Sales, Product Management, and Development on future product requirements
- →Develop or modify custom solutions, including forms and reports
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Business Management, or Finance
- ✓3 years experience in finance (budgeting, accounting, debt, payroll) with IT Application System
- ✓Qualifications in ICT will be an added advantage
- ✓Experience in public financial management reform program and information management systems
- ✓Must be able to write and speak English
