About the Role
We are looking for an Instructional Designer to join our Revenue Enablement team. This role focuses on creating technical eLearning programs to equip our Solution Engineers, Professional Services, and Channel Sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- βDesign and develop technical eLearning certifications for Solution Engineers, Professional Services teams, and Channel partners
- βBuild and maintain a library of technical enablement assets including validation documents, reference architectures, deployment guides, and demo scripts
- βCreate competitive deep-dive content and objection-handling scenarios to help SEs articulate Freshworks' technical differentiation
- βDesign scalable digital training experiences for global audiences including eLearning courses, tutorials, exercises, job aids, and knowledge assessments
- βApply learning science principles to ensure training is engaging and practical for technical audiences
- βMeasure training effectiveness and continuously improve programs based on learner performance data
Requirements
- βExperience designing and building eLearning programs in technical environments
- βExperience training Systems Engineers, Systems Architects, or Systems Administrators
- βAbility to demo software and work with backend systems
- βStrong understanding of learning science principles
- βExperience building IT certifications or facilitating hands-on labs and whiteboarding sessions
- βAbility to translate complex technical concepts into effective learning experiences
