About the Role
The Cybersecurity Risk & Compliance function is responsible for evaluating security and compliance risks within the organization. This role plays a pivotal part in fortifying security measures and promoting a culture of information security.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive policy governance, control governance, risk, and compliance initiatives, including emerging AI governance and responsible AI adoption initiatives.
- →Enumerate cyber security and compliance risks and ensure they are managed appropriately across products and business functions, including risks from AI/ML systems and third-party AI services.
- →Design and oversee the enforcement of policies and procedures based on industry-standard best practices, including AI governance policies.
- →Provide contextual guidance to internal teams to improve information security, AI governance, and compliance posture.
- →Certify the readiness of security frameworks and certifications, including AI-related frameworks such as ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF, and EU AI Act.
- →Review and report on the operating effectiveness of controls and risk/loss exposure, including those governing AI model security and data privacy.
- →Drive continuous monitoring initiatives for controls and develop reporting metrics and dashboards.
- →Drive security awareness programs and conduct regular training on security policy and standard requirements.
- →Be a role model for the team and provide a platform for learning and growth.
- →Stay abreast of regulatory concerns and changing information security trends.
Requirements
- ✓Expertise in various technologies, regulatory frameworks, and emerging domains such as Artificial Intelligence.
- ✓Proactive approach to risk management, security, automation, and AI governance.
- ✓Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders to elevate security standards.
- ✓Knowledge of AI governance policies covering model lifecycle management, AI data handling, and secure AI deployment practices.
- ✓Understanding of AI-related frameworks such as ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF, and EU AI Act.
