About the Role
We are looking for a Product Operations Lead to join Freshworks. This role will serve as the critical connective tissue between Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams, driving strategic execution and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- →Translate high-level leadership vision into ground-level execution
- →Streamline day-to-day operations to remove administrative friction
- →Close the loop between product development and customer experience
- →Foster a metrics-driven culture through OKR framework and reporting
- →Manage strategic leadership cadences including QBRs and All Hands meetings
- →Guide cross-functional teams in setting and tracking OKRs
- →Oversee operational health including staffing, budget, and tooling
- →Drive strategic projects to solve bottlenecks
- →Align globally distributed teams without direct authority
- →Partner with GTM and CXG teams to improve customer experience
- →Organize events to foster team spirit and collaboration
Requirements
- ✓Experience leading product operations or similar cross-functional roles
- ✓Strong understanding of OKR frameworks and metrics-driven cultures
- ✓Excellent organizational and project management skills
- ✓Ability to influence and lead without direct authority
- ✓Experience with operational cadence management
- ✓Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
