About the Role
We are looking for an Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities and revenue by identifying and prospecting potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and grow an assigned territory across ANZ and select ASEAN markets; develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve and exceed quota.
- →Drive 100% outbound-led growth through cold calling, personalized outreach, partner collaboration, and events.
- →Leverage account intelligence tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.) to identify and engage key decision-makers.
- →Run the entire sales cycle - from discovery and solution demos (alongside solution engineers) to proposal, negotiation, and close.
- →Collaborate closely with Presales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- →Partner with a dedicated BDR to plan, prospect, and grow your patch strategically.
- →Work closely with channel partners, distributors, and resellers to co-create pipeline and expand reach across ANZ and ASEAN.
- →Maintain accurate CRM hygiene in Salesforce - tracking outreach, pipeline progression, and deal insights.
- →Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and pipeline targets.
