About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer for AI Experiences to join Freshworks. This role will lead design for intelligent, human-centered experiences powered by the Freshworks AI platform, shaping how users interact with AI across our product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead design for intelligent, human-centered experiences powered by the Freshworks AI platform
- →Contribute to and help define the UX strategy for both AI infrastructure and product-specific AI use cases
- →Work directly with stakeholders in Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional areas to ship world-class solutions
- →Design AI solutions that solve real business problems and establish critical AI UX metrics
- →Create scalable AI design patterns, frameworks, and platform-level UX guidelines
