About the Role
We are looking for a Staff Data Scientist to serve as an architect and technical visionary for our core Generative AI capabilities, focusing on the lifecycle of autonomous agents. You will lead the design and governance of a robust Evaluation Framework and advance our Information Retrieval strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with product and business teams to align data science initiatives with organizational objectives
- →Define key performance metrics for GenAI solutions
- →Apply expertise in machine learning, statistics, and advanced mathematics to design intelligent systems
- →Develop efficient systems for processing vast volumes of data
- →Collaborate with ML Engineers to design scalable systems and model architectures
- →Take ownership of ML pipelines from end to end
Requirements
- ✓Deep expertise in machine learning, statistics, and advanced mathematics
- ✓Experience with Generative AI and autonomous agents
- ✓Knowledge of Evaluation Frameworks, including offline validation and real-time monitoring
- ✓Proficiency in distributed programming frameworks like Hadoop and Spark
- ✓Strong background in Information Retrieval and RAG pipelines
- ✓Experience with prompt tuning and engineering for Large Language Models
- ✓Ability to design and implement scalable ML/AI architectures
- ✓Experience with end-to-end ML pipelines
