About the Role
The Staff Product Designer for AI Experiences will lead design for intelligent, human-centered experiences powered by the Freshworks AI platform. This critical role will shape how users interact with AI across Freshworks' product portfolio, ensuring seamless integration of machine learning, automation, and generative AI into everyday workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- →Contribute to and help define the UX strategy for both AI infrastructure and product-specific AI use cases
- →Partner with Product and Engineering to embed scalable, user-centered design into foundational AI capabilities
- →Drive design quality and consistency across AI use cases in multiple products
- →Ensure AI user experiences reflect responsible design principles
- →Shape end-to-end user experiences for platform-level AI tools
- →Translate complex AI concepts into clear, usable interfaces
- →Lead the design of product-level AI features that simplify tasks and enhance decision-making
- →Build strong partnerships with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and UX designers
- →Create design assets to assist in roadmap planning and cross-functional decision-making
