About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Front, the leading AI-powered customer service platform. You will be the voice of Front, responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- →Ensure 100% success of all Front customers
- →Provide timely and effective assistance to customers in support queues
- →Become an expert on how Front works and its day-to-day usage
- →Respond to customer support inquiries across all channels (email, live chat)
- →Debugging and testing product features and reporting them to product and engineering
- →Identify common customer challenges and proactively find ways to improve our product and processes
Requirements
- ✓Highly motivated self-starter with a proven track record in customer service
- ✓4 years minimum experience in SaaS/tech startup customer support
- ✓Tech savvy and eager to improve technical skills
- ✓Ability to identify customer needs and implement solutions
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Fluent in English
- ✓Experience with using Front is a plus!
