About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Marketing Operations team at Front. This role involves executing email campaigns, supporting webinar activations, and experimenting with A/B testing to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the end-to-end email marketing process, from strategy and calendar coordination to execution and A/B testing
- →Build and maintain marketing automation workflows in HubSpot to support lead nurturing and customer engagement
- →Build and manage HubSpot workflows for webinars and field events, ensuring registration and follow-up sequences are flawless
- →Manage list imports while maintaining data hygiene and ensuring campaigns are properly tracked in HubSpot and Salesforce
- →Become a proficient HubSpot admin, strategize about effective ways to set up campaigns/workflows, and constantly look for ways to improve our use of the product
- →Collaborate closely with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Sales Development to build strong internal relationships and ensure cross-functional alignment on all campaigns
- →Provide operational support for new marketing initiatives and projects as our team’s needs evolve
Requirements
- ✓1-3 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or email marketing
- ✓Strong proficiency with HubSpot (or similar marketing automation platforms)
- ✓Experience executing email campaigns from start to finish
- ✓Comfort with Google Sheets/Excel for data management and reporting
- ✓Detail-oriented mindset with strong project management skills
- ✓Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- ✓Familiarity with Salesforce and understanding of how marketing and sales systems integrate
- ✓Experience with Goldcast or other webinar platforms
- ✓Experience supporting field and events marketing programs
- ✓Nice to have: HTML and HubL coding skills for email customization
