Your Mission

As an Implementation Consultant within Product Services, you are responsible for leading and coordinating the post-sales implementation journey for new customers. You act as the primary point of contact during this critical transition phase, ensuring customers are both operationally and technically prepared for a successful onboarding.

Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Technical Solutions, you align stakeholders, clarify requirements, and drive implementation milestones forward. You proactively identify risks, manage dependencies, and ensure all prerequisites are in place before onboarding begins.

In this role, Implementation serves as the central coordination layer between deal close and Customer Success handover — ensuring a seamless transition, strong customer confidence, and a solid foundation for long-term success.

Your story
• You have proven experience in SaaS implementation, delivery, or Professional Services roles.
• You’ve owned post-sale delivery phases or complex cross-functional handovers.
• You bring strong project or program management skills across multiple teams.
• You’re confident in client-facing settings, leading implementation discussions and kick-offs.
• You’re comfortable bringing structure to ambiguous or evolving environments.
• You’re motivated to build and improve processes — not just execute within them.
• You’re highly organized and known for your consistent follow-through.
• You have the technical fluency to understand DAM or content platform concepts, identify risks and dependencies, and involve the right specialists when needed.
Nice to have
• Experience with DAM, CMS, PIM, or MarTech platforms.
• Experience collaborating closely with Sales and Customer Success teams in a SaaS environment.
• Exposure to integrations such as SSO, APIs, or CMS connections at a coordination level.
• Experience building or scaling implementation or delivery processes.
• Background in digital agencies, consultancies, or platform implementations.
• PMP or similar project management certification.
Responsibilities
• You’ll own the client transition from pre-sales through go-live readiness, ensuring a smooth and confident start.
• You’ll scope implementations in partnership with Sales during pre-sales, setting clear expectations early.
• You’ll act as the single source of truth for all implementation-related commitments, timelines, and status.
• You’ll coordinate cross-functional delivery across our commercial and technical teams.
• You’ll lead client-facing implementation kick-offs, aligning on scope, timelines, and responsibilities.
• You’ll track dependencies, risks, and commitments — and ensure consistent follow-through across teams.
• You’ll define and uphold readiness criteria before onboarding begins.
• You’ll identify process gaps and contribute to building scalable implementation frameworks and best practices.
• You’ll support the evolution of Implementation as a function within Customer Delivery.
