[Read our Impact Report [Upgrade to PRO to see link]] | [See our Trustpilot [Upgrade to PRO to see link]] THE ROLE ⚡ 📍 London (Hybrid) | 🤝 3 days in the office | 💰 Competitive Salary + Benefits This is a busy admin role where you will be reviewing and processing loan applications to provide fast, efficient funding to small businesses in the UK. - Reviewing financial accounts, bank statements and risk reports to process loan applications - Completing know your customer (KYC) checks during the borrowers on-boarding journey and referring cases to our AML and Fraud teams where required - Use third party systems to collect information on the applicant and their business - Perform rigorous quality assurance: Reconcile loan documents and internal system data for completeness and accuracy - Working in a collaborative team environment - Proactively problem solving, identifying and confidently mitigating any risks, issues or control weaknesses that arise in your day-to-day WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 🌱 We value deep expertise, but a growth mindset and good energy are what really make our team click. We’re a group that chooses to lift each other up and think smart every day. - At least 6 months experience in a high volume operations or administrative role - Ability to work to deadlines and business goals in a fast paced, dynamic environment - Excellent attention to detail, self motivation, strong organisational skills and ability to follow procedures - Ability to complete tasks that are repetitive in nature - Willingness to learn and adapt with ever evolving policies and procedures - It would be great, but not essential, if you had familiarity with financial documents, bank statements and identification documents We’re building a place where everyone truly feels they belong.
