The Team
Our product development team is currently at 150+ and growing. Team members are located across Spain, Serbia, Poland, Portugal, Turkey, Cyprus, Georgia and Armenia. We primarily communicate in Russian.
Weβre a tight-knit, high-impact team where every task matters. Itβs a dynamic, collaborative environment where smart, curious engineers support one another, share knowledge, and strive for excellence. We encourage open dialogue and host bi-weekly engineering meetups to explore technical topics and showcase team insights.
About the Role
We're looking for a Product Analyst to join the Elements team, with 5+ years of experience. Elements are "magnets" for donors (social proof, donate button, goal meter, etc.): they capture attention at the right moment and shorten the path to donation, helping non-profit organisations increase conversion faster without their own development team. The team works on recommendations and measurability β meaning they're responsible for deciding what to include, where to place elements, and where it's better not to use them, as well as ensuring their reliable performance on complex pages. In this role, you will run A/B tests, prepare product research, and build data marts and dashboards to support product decisions.
