About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Product Researcher to join Fyxer, a high-growth startup focused on execution quality. This role requires a full-stack product thinker who uses mixed methods research to drive better decisions and commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead discovery for important product bets from early ambiguity to validated direction
- →Work directly with engineers and founders as a core partner from initiative start
- →Design and run validation methods including interviews, prototypes, usability testing, and experiments
- →Translate qualitative and quantitative signals into clear product direction
- →Embed structured learning loops to compound insights over time
- →Raise the bar of research and product thinking across the team
Requirements
- ✓Systems thinker with understanding of customer journeys and feedback loops
- ✓Full-stack research expertise across qualitative research, behavioural insight, and experimentation
- ✓Experience working closely with engineers and founders
- ✓Decision-oriented approach with ability to make confident calls under uncertainty
- ✓Capability builder who designs research systems that compound over time
