About the Role
We are looking for a Frontend Developer to join our team at Gate, one of the top 10 digital asset exchanges globally. This role focuses on building and optimizing web applications for our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop core web application features, continuously optimizing user experience, interaction performance, and response speed.
- →Lead frontend system architecture design, promoting module decoupling, code standardization, and engineering system construction.
- →Analyze frontend performance bottlenecks, resolving critical issues such as main thread blocking, stuttering, and resource loading.
- →Design and integrate frontend monitoring systems, enabling automatic collection and alerting of performance metrics, error logs, and key behaviors.
- →Lead the abstraction and encapsulation of core UI components and general modules, building reusable and maintainable component systems.
- →Participate in frontend infrastructure development, such as unified scaffolding, component libraries, automated testing, and documentation platforms.
- →Write high-quality technical documentation, standardizing development processes and collaboration methods to empower team technical accumulation.
- →Collaborate closely with product, backend, and testing teams to drive high-quality, efficient delivery of frontend projects.
Requirements
- ✓Solid frontend foundation, proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, with a deep understanding of browser operation mechanisms and event loop mechanisms.
- ✓Rich practical experience in performance optimization, familiar with key metrics (such as FCP, LCP, long tasks) and optimization strategies (such as lazy loading, chunked rendering, request merging).
- ✓Ability to proficiently use tools like Chrome DevTools for performance analysis and tuning.
- ✓Preferred experience in designing and integrating frontend monitoring platforms (such as Sentry).
- ✓Strong engineering capabilities, familiar with scaffolding construction, CI/CD processes, standardized development, and automated testing.
- ✓Emphasis on documentation writing and team collaboration, with good code review and knowledge accumulation awareness.
