About the Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our cross-functional team. This role focuses on analyzing user data, identifying key insights, and driving product improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with Digital Director, Backend and Frontend Developers, Product Managers, and UX/Design team to prioritize features based on data
- →Work as part of the BI team while being embedded in the Platform team
- →Optimize the registration → activation → payment flow by identifying drop-off points and proposing A/B tests
- →Analyze usage patterns to identify high-potential customers and signal the Sales team
- →Own the event tracking plan and specify which events and properties to track
- →Create clear, actionable dashboards in Mixpanel for Product Managers and Execs
- →Help Product Managers formulate and measure experiments
Requirements
- ✓Strong analytical skills with a focus on user behavior and product metrics
- ✓Experience with A/B testing and experiment design
- ✓Proficiency in data visualization tools like Mixpanel
