About the Role
We are looking for a Group Product Manager to join Gearset's Core product group. This role involves owning the product strategy for our core capabilities, from planning changes to deploying them into Salesforce. You'll help shape how we use AI to unlock previously intractable problems and lead a team of product managers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Take ownership of the Core group's product strategy, diagnosing the problem space and building a clear plan
- →Own the commercial success of your group's products, working with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
- →Report directly to the VP Product and partner with other Group Product Managers and the CPO
- →Manage, coach, and develop a team of product managers
Requirements
- ✓Proven track record as a Group Product Manager, Product Director, or equivalent position
- ✓Ability to conduct deep strategy diagnosis and define a crisp strategy
- ✓Track record of working with sales and customer success
- ✓Outstanding product sense and genuine empathy for users
- ✓Exceptional communicator and storyteller
- ✓Experience managing teams of 2-4 people
