About the Role
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team at Gearset, the leading DevOps solution for Salesforce. This role involves working with AWS and Kubernetes to manage production-level SaaS applications.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive focus, alignment, and execution in a fast-moving environment
- →Lead and shape the direction of DevOps at Gearset
- →Work with various internal teams to evolve and optimise systems
- →Manage production-level SaaS applications at scale
- →Perform change management without disruption to users
- →Respond to incidents that impact service availability
Requirements
- ✓Proven track record of driving focus, alignment, and execution
- ✓Experience working with AWS and production level services in Kubernetes
- ✓Knowledge of VPC networking, IAM, EC2, Postgres RDS, S3, SQS, SNS, ECR, and EKS
- ✓Motivated by understanding user needs and business requirements
- ✓Comfortable with minimal bureaucracy and a bias towards action
- ✓Collaborative working style
