Key Responsibilities
- →Monitor live video streams to ensure stable, high-quality delivery to end users.
- →Troubleshoot video streaming and technical issues in real time.
- →Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve incidents efficiently.
- →Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior team members or the Development Team when required.
- →Communicate clearly with stakeholders, providing updates, resolutions, and technical feedback.
- →Maintain and update the Knowledge Base with recurring issues and documented solutions.
- →Support small projects or additional tasks assigned by your line manager or technical specialist.
Requirements
- ✓Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- ✓Strong communication and structured problem-solving skills.
