We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join GLG, the world’s insight network. This role involves executing a best-in-class recruitment strategy that reflects our firm culture, values, and success factors.
Key Responsibilities
- →Constantly identify ways to further the teams' strategic offerings to meet hiring demands
- →Manage and recruit for a portfolio of positions across levels
- →Strive for exceptional candidate experience
- →Work with HRBPs to develop strong internal relationships and performance measures
- →Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Team, Business Unit Managers, and HRBPs to execute workforce plans
- →Participate in TA transactional and ad-hoc projects
Requirements
- ✓2-3 years of experience in managing high-volume recruitment with proven direct sourcing experience
- ✓Fluency in English with excellent written & verbal communication skills
- ✓Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese counterparts
- ✓Flexible approach and ability to operate in a fast-moving environment
- ✓Prior campus hiring experience with university relationships would be beneficial
- ✓Strong team player with a sense of urgency and problem-solving skills
- ✓Ability to translate business requirements into strategic talent acquisition actions
- ✓Ability to quickly understand business needs and articulate position requirements
- ✓High level of attitude awareness, positive energy, and drive for success
- ✓Solid relationship-building skills with stakeholders regionally and globally
