About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to join a B2B SaaS startup in London. This role involves working within a cross-functional team to define, build, and iterate on product features that solve real problems for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support product discovery by conducting customer interviews and analysing usage data
- →Contribute to roadmap planning by researching market trends and customer feedback
- →Write clear product requirements and user stories for engineering and design teams
- →Own delivery coordination within the squad, tracking progress against sprint goals
- →Assist in defining and monitoring product metrics
- →Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback
- →Contribute to post-release reviews and retrospectives
Requirements
- ✓1-3 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or a business-facing role
- ✓Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
- ✓Genuine curiosity about software products and user interaction
- ✓Clear written communication skills
- ✓Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
- ✓Familiarity with product tools such as Jira, Notion, or Figma is a plus
- ✓A collaborative mindset and the humility to learn from others
