About the Role
We are looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO of a Series C FinTech company headquartered in London. This role will extend the CEO's capacity and effectiveness across key business areas.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the CEO's operating cadence, including leadership team meetings and strategic planning cycles
- →Lead high-priority cross-functional projects assigned by the CEO
- →Prepare briefing documents, board papers, and strategic presentations
- →Act as a trusted point of contact for the executive team and senior stakeholders
- →Identify and resolve cross-functional issues
- →Support the CEO in preparing for external engagements
- →Contribute to organizational design and people-related decisions
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or senior strategy/operations role
- ✓Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Strong structured thinking and analytical foundations
- ✓High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
- ✓Discreet, composed, and able to handle sensitive information
- ✓Energized by variety, pace, and working across multiple priorities
- ✓Prior experience in a Chief of Staff or EA-plus-strategy role is an advantage
