About the Role

We are looking for a Corporate Finance Manager to join an infrastructure investment group headquartered in London. This role will work closely with the CFO to manage corporate finance activities and play a central role in balance sheet management, investor communication, and capital markets access.

Key Responsibilities

→Support management of the group's capital structure, including debt facilities and refinancing
→Prepare high-quality financial reports, board papers, and investor materials
→Lead preparation of annual and interim reporting processes
→Develop and maintain financial models for group-level analysis
→Support investor relations activities and data room maintenance
→Monitor developments in capital markets and regulatory requirements
→Identify improvements to financial processes and reporting infrastructure

Requirements

✓6+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or senior finance function
✓ACA, CFA, or equivalent qualification in progress or completed
✓Strong technical finance skills including financial modelling and capital structure analysis
✓Experience preparing board-level and investor-facing financial materials
✓Excellent written communication skills for complex financial information
✓High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information
✓Prior exposure to infrastructure or real assets is a significant advantage
