About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Transformation Lead to join a major financial services business headquartered in London. This role involves driving the delivery of key digital and operating model change initiatives across the group, working across technology, operations, and business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the planning and delivery of complex transformation workstreams, managing interdependencies across technology, process, and people change.
- →Act as a trusted adviser to senior business stakeholders on transformation strategy, sequencing, and risk management.
- →Build and maintain a clear view of programme status, escalating issues, and proposing solutions to the COO and ExCo.
- →Design and embed change management approaches that drive adoption and minimise disruption to operations.
- →Build capability within the transformation team, including coaching junior programme managers and business analysts.
Requirements
- ✓7–12 years of experience in transformation, change management, or management consulting, with direct accountability for large-scale digital or operating model change.
- ✓Strong programme management skills, able to hold multiple complex workstreams simultaneously without losing rigour.
- ✓Excellent stakeholder management at senior levels; able to challenge constructively and build consensus.
- ✓Deep understanding of how technology change intersects with people, process, and culture in large organisations.
- ✓Consulting background with experience in financial services is a strong advantage.
