About the Role
We are looking for a Director of Product to join a global EdTech company headquartered in London. This role is critical to their product transformation, shifting from a content-led catalogue model to an adaptive, AI-powered learning platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and own the product strategy across the company's core platform, enterprise offering, and adjacent product lines
- →Lead a team of 4 senior product managers and their reports, setting direction and building a high-performance product culture
- →Work closely with the CPO, engineering leadership, and commercial teams to ensure the product roadmap is well-sequenced
- →Drive the product organisation's operating model, including discovery and delivery processes
- →Own the product metrics that define success across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention
- →Represent product to the executive team, board, and external stakeholders
- →Lead the integration of AI capabilities into the product
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a senior product leadership role
- ✓Background in management consulting, strategy, or a senior analytical function is a meaningful advantage
- ✓Proven track record of defining and delivering product strategy in a complex, multi-product or multi-market environment
- ✓Strong commercial acumen; able to connect product decisions to revenue, retention, and competitive positioning
- ✓Exceptional communicator and talent developer
- ✓Deep understanding of product-led growth, SaaS metrics, and modern product operating models
- ✓Experience with AI or personalisation in a consumer or enterprise product context is a strong advantage
