About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Analyst to join a digital bank headquartered in London. This role involves supporting the operations team in analysing performance, identifying inefficiencies, and driving process improvements as the bank grows.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyse operational data to identify performance trends, process gaps, and improvement opportunities across key operational functions
- →Support the design and delivery of process improvement initiatives, including requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation tracking
- →Build and maintain operational dashboards and reporting tools that give the team and leadership visibility into key metrics
- →Work with product, risk, and compliance teams to understand dependencies and ensure operational changes are well-governed
- →Prepare clear, structured presentations and briefing documents for operational reviews and senior leadership updates
- →Contribute to the documentation of processes, controls, and standard operating procedures
- →Assist in the coordination and tracking of cross-functional projects, keeping stakeholders informed and workstreams on track
Requirements
- ✓1-3 years of experience in management consulting, operations, or an analytical role within a financial services or technology business
- ✓Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data, building reports, and producing structured, evidence-based recommendations
- ✓Clear and well-organised written communication; able to produce documents and presentations that hold up in front of senior audiences
- ✓Genuine interest in how financial services operations work, including the regulatory and risk dimensions
- ✓Proactive and self-directed; someone who identifies problems and proposes solutions without waiting to be asked
- ✓Collaborative and effective at building working relationships across teams and functions
- ✓Familiarity with tools such as Excel, SQL, or business intelligence platforms is a plus
