The Customer Success Specialist will support a group of assigned clients across multiple industries. They will be responsible for developing the client relationship and understanding of the client business and product installations to identify the consumption and overall experience of these valued accounts. The Customer Success Specialist will focus on the transition from prospect to product user and will act as the first line of contact for the client. They will drive consumption, identify new revenue opportunities, and partner closely with Key Account Executives and Field Sales Executives. This job will ensure customer satisfaction, strengthen relationships, and support the execution of account strategies.
Your Next Challenge:
• Drive consumption of committed deals through onboarding, regular check-ins, and new user expansion initiatives.
• Responsible for providing client support by answering queries and problem solving, preparing customer meetings and delivering timely follow-ups.
• Partner with Key Account Executives and Field Service Executives to identify and implement strategic growth opportunities and develop robust account plans.
• Process invoices and agreements, support CRM updates, record-keeping, and other post sales tasks as required.
• Responsible for pre-production work, including compiling detailed briefs, collaborating with the editorial team, communicating requirements to partners and clients, and overseeing the successful project delivery.
• Serve as the main point of contact for strategic clients across multiple industries ensuring a high level of engagement and satisfaction.
• Participate in project-level discord, quotes, and negotiation for content outside of deal.
• Other duties as required.
What You'll Need:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. Four (4) years of additional work experience may be considered of a degree (Seven (7) years of revenant experience).
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in sales and/or account management required.
• Experience working with broadcasters, digital platforms, film/tv studios, and/or production companies preferred.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Strong relationship building skills.
• Ability to develop and grow accounts resulting in increased revenue for assigned accounts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM platforms (Salesforce).
• Solid skills in negotiation, proposal development, and delivering compelling sales presentations.
• Ability to identify and capitalize on new revenue opportunities within existing accounts.
• Comfortable conducting outbound proactive sales efforts, including in-person presentations, virtual sales, and industry event engagements.
