We’re looking for a Sales & Onboarding Specialist to join our team, focused on delivering exceptional demos, onboarding, and technical support for our AI product, Central. This role blends sales acumen, customer success, and technical product guidance, serving as a crucial bridge between clients and our AI solutions. You Will Own • Conduct engaging sales demos that clearly explain Central’s AI capabilities and integrations • Manage full inbound pipeline: demo requests, follow-ups, feature updates, support tickets • Deliver technical product support and training to help customers maximize value from AI integrations • Drive customer onboarding with a mix of sales and technical assistance to ensure smooth adoption • Communicate complex AI concepts clearly and confidently to our customers • Collaborate with sales and product teams to relay customer feedback and improve experience What Great Looks Like • Strong communicator with an ability to explain technical product details effortlessly. • Experienced in customer success or sales solutions, ideally with an interest or background in AI. • Comfortable handling a 50/50 split between sales and technical support tasks. • Skilled at technical training and providing thorough product guidance. • A proactive problem-solver who navigates customer complexity with patience and clarity.
