About the Role
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Game Tester to join our expanding Quality Assurance department in Erlangen, Germany. This role involves working closely with the QA team to deliver a polished, immersive experience to our global community of players.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify, analyse, and log bugs in our database with clear and detailed reports
- →Conduct functionality tests on game features across multiple console platforms
- →Verify bug fixes implemented by developers through regression and confirmation testing
- →Test user-created mods submitted by our player community
- →Investigate player-reported issues to assist in troubleshooting and resolution
- →Use creative problem-solving to find new and imaginative ways to break our games
- →Design test strategies for various aspects of the game, determining what needs testing and how to approach it
- →Apply industry best practices, research multiple sources of information, and leverage your expertise to improve testing methods
- →Analyse existing workflows and processes, drive improvements and knowledge-sharing across the QA team
- →Provide feedback on game design, suggesting improvements or refinements to the development team
