About the Role

Giga is seeking an exceptional Head of Product Marketing to define how our product shows up in the market and enable our sales team to win complex enterprise deals. This role will involve building and leading a Product Marketing team, partnering with Engineering, Product, and Sales leadership to develop differentiated positioning and vertical GTM strategies.

Key Responsibilities

→Build and lead a high-performing Product Marketing team as we scale
→Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to define differentiated product positioning
→Own GTM execution for product launches and feature releases
→Define and execute vertical GTM playbooks for regulated industries
→Translate technical capabilities into value propositions for various stakeholders
→Build the sales enablement toolkit including pitch decks and demo scripts
→Present to enterprise customers and lead analyst briefings
→Maintain deep competitive intelligence across legacy contact center platforms and emerging AI players
→Coach product leaders and subject matter experts on external communications

Requirements

✓10+ years in B2B product marketing, ideally with experience in core AI or enterprise infrastructure
✓Experience building GTM strategies and playbooks for regulated verticals
✓Ability to translate complex technical concepts for enterprise buyers
✓Understanding of foundation models, inference, and the agentic layer
✓Comfort explaining how agents and APIs work at an architectural level
✓High agency and compelling presentation skills for enterprise buyers and analysts
✓Excellent judgment in navigating product messaging in the AI landscape
✓Open and curious mindset to understand AI capabilities and use cases
