About the Role

We are looking for an infrastructure engineer to build the platform that powers our AI agents at Giga. This role involves creating systems, tools, and abstractions that enhance productivity and reliability for the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

→Build deployment systems with traffic scaling, scheduling, and pass rate thresholds
→Create observability infrastructure including instrumentation, logging, and monitoring
→Develop data infrastructure for training data, analytics, and agent memory
→Design internal CLIs, testing frameworks, and automation to reduce engineering friction
→Own critical systems end-to-end, impacting reliability and velocity of the engineering team

Requirements

✓4+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform, or backend engineering
✓Experience building systems that other engineers depend on
✓Strong understanding of reliability principles and when to make trade-offs
✓Comfortable working across the stack from application code to cloud infrastructure
✓Ability to debug production issues under pressure and build preventative systems
✓Focus on developer experience as a product
✓Excitement about infrastructure challenges of running AI agents at scale
