About the Role
We are looking for an infrastructure engineer to build the platform that powers our AI agents. Your customers are other engineers on the team; you'll create the systems, tools, and abstractions that make everyone more productive and our platform more reliable.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build deployment systems with traffic scaling, scheduling, and pass rate thresholds
- →Create observability infrastructure including instrumentation, logging, and monitoring
- →Develop data infrastructure for training data, analytics, and agent memory
- →Design developer tooling like CLIs, testing frameworks, and automation
- →Own critical systems end-to-end and make decisions affecting reliability
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform, or backend engineering
- ✓Experience building systems that other engineers depend on
- ✓Comfortable across the stack from application code to cloud infrastructure
- ✓Ability to debug production issues under pressure
- ✓Strong focus on developer experience as a product
