About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Product Marketing Manager for Pricing and Packaging to join GitLab. You will be responsible for bridging GitLab's pricing strategy and sales execution, translating pricing and packaging structure into clear narratives and practical enablement that helps sales teams confidently explain value and navigate pricing conversations.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead go-to-market strategy and sales enablement for GitLab's pricing and packaging across our product portfolio
→Partner with product management, sales leadership, finance, and revenue operations to understand pricing changes and translate internal decisions into clear customer-facing value stories
→Develop and own the narrative for GitLab's pricing philosophy and package differentiation
→Lead launch readiness for pricing and packaging updates, including sales training and communications
→Track and analyze pricing performance post-launch and turn findings into actionable recommendations
→Create and maintain high-impact enablement for pricing conversations
→Build GitLab's external thought leadership on platform economics and transparent pricing
→Lead cross-functional programs to improve how we communicate and operationalize pricing and packaging

Requirements

✓Experience leading pricing and packaging product marketing for B2B SaaS or enterprise software
✓Proven experience translating pricing changes into clear, repeatable sales motions
✓Working knowledge of common SaaS monetization models
✓Experience partnering cross-functionally with product management, sales leadership, finance, and revenue operations
✓Ability to build value quantification assets for pricing conversations
✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
✓A data-informed approach to pricing messaging
✓Comfort working autonomously in an all-remote, asynchronous environment
