About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Recruiter to join GitLab's Talent Acquisition team. This role involves hiring sales talent that drives GitLab's growth in competitive global markets. You will shape and execute recruitment strategies, build trusted advisory relationships, and use data to inform decisions.

Key Responsibilities

→Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales roles across multiple segments and regions
→Act as a strategic talent advisor to Sales and cross-functional leaders
→Develop and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers
→Use data to inform decisions and track progress against key recruiting metrics
→Design and execute research-based sourcing strategies for each role
→Champion inclusive recruiting practices
→Ensure an excellent candidate experience in an all-remote environment
→Collaborate with recruiters and People team partners to build shared resources

Requirements

✓Strong recruiting expertise with the ability to understand ambiguous hiring needs
✓Proven experience managing a full-cycle recruiting process for sales positions
