About the Role

You'll be joining GitLab's UX Research team, supporting our core AI domain - working on features like Duo Agent Platform, GitLab Knowledge Graph, and Agent Marketplace. We're looking for someone who can balance speed with rigor, leading tactical studies and contributing to strategic research for our AI products.

Key Responsibilities

→Be the expert on users within your allocated area, understanding their workflows and pain points
→Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers on research projects
→Conduct all stages of UX research, from planning to reporting insights
→Use a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods
→Communicate project statuses and updates to stakeholders

Requirements

✓Deep experience running mixed-methods research
✓Experience working directly with stakeholders and guiding them to appropriate research approaches
✓Ability to work in a highly iterative, fast-paced environment
✓Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
✓Ability to ramp up quickly in a technical domain
✓Experience working on enterprise and/or developer tooling products
✓Experience with AI products for enterprise dev tooling
