About the Role
Glean is seeking a Field Operations Manager to support their Strategic sales segment. This role will serve as the operational and analytical backbone for the sales team, focusing on large and complex customers and prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- →Report and analyze key Strategic segment metrics to understand sales funnel metrics, revenue growth, pipeline quality, and overall business health
- →Lead annual planning workstreams for the Strategic segment, including book building, territory design, and geo analyses
- →Drive Strategic forecasting accuracy by providing data, analysis, and inspection views for forecast calls
- →Design and build reporting and dashboarding for the Strategic segment
- →Work with Systems to drive CRM hygiene and scalability for Strategic account reporting
- →Analyze whitespace, product penetration, and account potential within Strategic accounts
- →Build and execute end-to-end operational processes and workflows tailored to Strategic motions
- →Act as a thought partner to cross-functional leadership, bringing structured analyses and recommendations
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of work experience in Sales Operations, Field Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Sales Strategy, ideally within B2B SaaS
- ✓Experience supporting enterprise or strategic sales teams
- ✓Experience building strong relationships with sales leadership and executives
- ✓Advanced analytical skills with large and unstructured data sets, building complex models in Excel or Google Sheets
- ✓Significant experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboarding
- ✓Excellent communication skills for navigating and communicating complex ideas
- ✓Proven ability to drive projects from conception to completion in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Ability to thrive in an action-oriented, ambiguous environment
