About the Role

Glean is seeking a GSI & Consulting Partnerships Manager to develop, grow, and operationalize relationships with top-tier Global System Integrators (GSIs) and leading consulting firms. This role involves embedding Glean into the service offerings of firms like Accenture, Deloitte, and Capgemini, driving joint pipeline, services revenue, and strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop and manage alliances with GSI and consulting partners, understanding their business goals and joint value propositions
→Build and drive a co-sell motion with partners, including account mapping and pipeline generation
→Identify, recruit, and onboard new GSI and consulting partners
→Define and support engagement strategies for key GSI accounts
→Manage and oversee the partner deal pipeline
→Ensure partners have the training and resources needed to sell and support Glean
→Develop and iterate on partner programs
→Align partner strategies with company objectives
→Establish and scale Glean’s GSI/MCF/MBB partnerships strategy globally

Requirements

✓Direct experience working with or within major GSIs such as Accenture or Deloitte
✓5+ years of business development, alliances, or partnerships experience
✓Proven track record of building services revenue streams with GSIs and/or MCF/MBB consulting firms
✓Strong communication skills with professional presentation capabilities
✓Demonstrated project planning and execution skills
✓Self-motivated and proactive with a service-oriented approach
✓Highly organized and detail-oriented
✓Data-driven mindset
