About the Role
Glean is seeking a Sales Recruiter for a 6-month contract to support high-priority sales hiring. You will build calibrated slates, partner with Sales leadership, and run a data-driven process across sourcing, screening, and candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Run end-to-end sourcing-to-offer workflows for core sales roles
- →Build role-specific TAMs and present insights on target companies
- →Execute hiring sprints including events, communications, and offer coordination
- →Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter/Gem projects
- →Maintain clean data in Greenhouse and leverage Modern Loop for scheduling
- →Drive candidate experience through clear communications and feedback
- →Share weekly pipeline metrics and escalate risks
Requirements
- ✓1-3 years in recruiting or sourcing with GTM experience
- ✓Ability to build TAMs and convert them into outreach plans
- ✓Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS and Modern Loop
- ✓Structured, metrics-driven approach
- ✓Strong written communication and stakeholder management
