About the Role

Glean is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to lead field marketing strategy for Canada and Latin America, partnering with regional sales leadership to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth across priority countries. This role operates as a regional marketing lead in an emerging market, responsible for identifying high-impact opportunities to grow Glean’s presence while aligning with global marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities

→Scale and localize Glean Signature Events and roadshows across the region
→Partner with campaigns and digital teams to target the right audiences in priority countries
→Adapt global programs to local market dynamics, languages, and sales priorities
→Develop and execute programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline across new logo and expansion opportunities
→Bring insights from the field back to marketing leadership to shape global campaigns
→Collaborate with campaigns, digital, ABM, brand, product marketing, and customer marketing teams
→Track program performance and optimize based on pipeline impact
→Travel required 30-40%

Requirements

✓6+ years experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with significant experience in field marketing, regional marketing, or international marketing
✓Experience supporting international or multi-country go-to-market efforts
✓Proven ability to drive pipeline through field marketing programs including events, roadshows, and executive programs
✓Strong ability to collaborate across marketing functions
✓Experience working closely with sales leadership to align programs to revenue goals
✓Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail
✓Ability to balance global program consistency with local market adaptation
✓Bonus: Experience with Canada or LATAM markets, multilingual marketing programs, French/Portuguese/Spanish language skills
✓Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, and event platforms
