Key Responsibilities

→Own and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for diverse roles
→Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to build pipelines
→Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers
→Drive continuous process improvement and utilize AI tools
→Manage the entire offer process including negotiations

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
✓3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably at a high-growth technology company or startup
✓Comfortable building AI into your day-to-day recruiting process
✓Strong organizational and time-management skills
✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✓Passion for building exceptional teams
✓Ability to operate with urgency while maintaining attention to detail
✓Customer-focused attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
