About the Role

GlossGenius is looking for an Influencer Marketing Associate to help manage and grow their community of creators, consisting of beauty, wellness, and health small business owners. In this role, you'll be the connective tissue between GlossGenius and the small business owners who embody their brand, owning the end-to-end creator journey while helping architect how GlossGenius uses AI to power creator operations at scale.

Key Responsibilities

→Build and manage AI-automated workflows for initial creator outreach, lead rate and contract negotiations
→Serve as a relationship owner for creators throughout the campaign lifecycle
→Build and iterate on AI-assisted workflows for creator sourcing, contract tracking, content review, and campaign reporting
→Keep campaign operations running smoothly by tracking active partnerships, key metrics, and deliverables
→Assist in creative feedback rounds across multiple stages
→Oversee posting logistics, including AI-automated delivery of posting instructions and approvals
→Create and audit AI workflows for reporting on influencer program performance

Requirements

✓1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management, social media, or a related field
✓A social-native thinker with a sharp eye for great content
✓Proven, hands-on experience with AI tools that can meaningfully accelerate and complete workflows
✓Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
✓Operational excellence managing multiple partnerships across different stages simultaneously
