About the Role
We are looking for an Automation Engineer to join Glow25, a fast-growing beauty and pro-aging company based in Berlin. This role focuses on reducing operational friction across teams by implementing applied automation in production.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify automation opportunities by partnering with Operations, Support, and Technology teams
- →Design and build production-grade workflows using APIs, webhooks, and event-based systems
- →Apply AI or LLMs for tasks such as classification, routing, summarization, or decision support
- →Ensure automations are observable, testable, and maintainable
- →Monitor behavior in production and improve solutions over time
Requirements
- ✓Experience designing and operating reliable automations in production
- ✓Comfortable working across imperfect systems and APIs
- ✓Practical experience applying AI or LLMs in real workflows
- ✓Thoughtful understanding of when automation helps and when it does not
