About the Role
We are looking for a Conversion & Product Analyst to join our central Data team at Glow25, a dynamic beauty and pro-aging company based in Berlin. This role will help us deeply understand how users interact with our websites and support Product Managers and the Marketing team through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- βPartner with Product and Marketing teams to define success metrics, evaluate experiments, and generate actionable insights
- βBuild and maintain a sophisticated conversion funnel setup that connects user behavior across platforms and channels
- βAnalyze campaign performance, user acquisition quality, and channel effectiveness for the Marketing team
- βContribute to event tracking design, including server-side tracking, to ensure reliable and privacy-compliant data collection
- βUse SQL and dbt to model clean, usable datasets that power dashboards and ad-hoc analysis
- βIdentify trends, user behaviors, and opportunities for product or marketing improvement proactively
- βHelp build a culture of data access by creating clear documentation, training materials, and intuitive self-service data sets
Requirements
- β3+ years in product analytics roles, ideally across both product and marketing analytics
- βProven skills in event tracking (client-side and server-side), product instrumentation, and campaign analysis
- βStrong command of SQL (Python is an advantage) and experience working with cloud data warehouses like BigQuery
- βAdvanced knowledge of GTM and GA4
- βComfort navigating ambiguity and independently driving clarity
- βDemonstrated sense of ownership and proactive problem-solving skills
- βProficiency in English is required
