About the Role
We are looking for an English-fluent People Operations Manager to join GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service company that connects world-class developers and designers from Latin America with companies globally. This role will serve as a general HR resource, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and managing employee lifecycle processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as a general HR resource for employees, providing guidance on policies and procedures
- →Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- →Support the maintenance and evolution of employee handbooks and HR documentation
- →Manage employee data across HR systems
- →Administer employee benefits programs
- →Act as a primary point of contact for employee questions related to benefits, payroll, and HR systems
- →Own the onboarding process from offer acceptance through the employee's first week
- →Coordinate all onboarding logistics
- →Partner with People Operations counterparts to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
- →Manage offboarding processes
- →Identify opportunities to improve HR workflows and internal communications
- →Support employee engagement and culture initiatives
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or an HR Generalist role
- ✓Working knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance across multiple U.S. states
- ✓Experience supporting benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HR systems
- ✓Proven experience managing onboarding processes and employee lifecycle logistics
- ✓Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- ✓Empathetic, approachable communicator with a service-oriented mindset
- ✓Experience in a creative, agency, or professional services environment is a plus
- ✓Highly organized, detail-driven, and motivated by connecting people with purpose
