About the Role
We are looking for an English-fluent Talent Acquisition Manager to join GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service company that connects world-class developers and designers from Latin America with global companies. This role involves leading recruitment across various functions and building a scalable hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead recruitment across functions by partnering with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements, source top talent, and drive an exceptional candidate experience.
- →Build a scalable hiring process by developing and refining recruitment workflows, interview guides, and evaluation frameworks.
- →Champion employer branding by creating materials and moments that bring the company culture to life across job descriptions, social channels, and candidate touchpoints.
- →Own early employee lifecycle by managing onboarding, orientation, and 30/60/90-day check-ins to ensure smooth transitions and early engagement for new hires.
- →Partner with People & Leadership by collaborating with the Head of People to design and execute talent strategies aligned with business growth, DEI priorities, and workforce planning.
- →Track, report, and optimize by maintaining recruiting dashboards, analyzing metrics, and continuously improving the candidate and hiring manager experience.
- →Nurture the talent pipeline by building proactive relationships with future talent, leveraging industry events, LinkedIn, and creative community networks.
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (agency or creative industry experience strongly preferred).
- ✓Proven success recruiting across multiple disciplines—creative, strategy, client service, production, and operations.
- ✓Strong knowledge of modern recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, etc.) and sourcing strategies.
- ✓Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills; able to represent the brand with authenticity and warmth.
- ✓Experience creating and executing onboarding and early engagement programs (30/60/90-day reviews).
- ✓Highly organized, detail-driven, and motivated by connecting people with purpose.
