About the Role

We are looking for an English-fluent Brand / Graphic Designer to join GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service company that connects Latin American developers and designers with global companies. This is a remote position based in Latin America.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop and maintain brand identities, style guides, and visual standards
→Create key visuals and integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
→Design assets for digital and offline media including social media, paid ads, email marketing, presentations, and print materials
→Lead creative projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring brand consistency
→Collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver high-impact visual solutions
→Manage packaging design, branding materials, and visual communication for campaigns
→Produce assets optimized for various touchpoints: web, social media, print, and CRM Channels

Requirements

✓4+ years of experience in graphic design or brand design
✓Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
✓Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity work, campaign design, and visual storytelling
✓Experience creating visual identities, style guides, and brand standards
✓Proven ability to design for both digital and offline channels
✓Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
✓Experience working with marketing teams on integrated campaigns
✓Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
