About the Role
We are looking for an English-fluent Sales Development Representative to join GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service company that connects developers and designers from Latin America with global companies. This role involves identifying and engaging potential participants for conferences and managing outreach campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify and engage potential participants for conferences, including investors, fund managers, and financial institutions.
- →Manage outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and calls to drive event attendance and sponsorship interest.
- →Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions within the CRM.
- →Support logistical and operational needs for events (agendas, attendee updates, materials).
- →Participate in conferences when required, assisting with on-site registration, coordination, and client relations.
Requirements
- ✓2–3 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably within financial services or B2B environments.
- ✓Experience using Dynamics 365 (Including Excel, Teams, and Outlook)
- ✓Strong written and verbal English communication skills (C1–C2 level).
- ✓Basic knowledge of financial markets, private equity, or investment concepts.
- ✓Excellent interpersonal and email-writing skills; able to communicate professionally with executives.
