About the Role
We are looking for an English-fluent Graphic Designer to join GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service company that connects Latin American developers and designers with global companies. This is a remote position requiring exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create visually compelling designs for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- →Develop graphics that align with brand guidelines and support marketing objectives
- →Collaborate with the marketing team to execute creative campaigns and visual storytelling
- →Produce static graphics, templates, infographics, and other visual assets
- →Adapt content into multiple formats for different platforms and audiences
- →Maintain visual consistency across all digital touchpoints
- →Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and brand initiatives
- →Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines
- →Utilize social media analytics to refine design approaches
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in digital or social media
- ✓Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design work for social media
- ✓Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- ✓Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual composition
- ✓Experience designing for major social media platforms
- ✓Familiarity with social media analytics
- ✓Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Strong communication skills and attention to detail
